Hosta 'Blue Angel'
From my garden
Blue Angel is what you plant when you want the blue of a Halcyon but at giant scale. The leaves are huge and heavily corrugated, and they hold that blue best with shade from the afternoon on. It takes its time settling in, so don't panic in year one, but a mature clump is a genuine anchor plant. The thick substance keeps slugs off.
